A Square Deal is fair business with good old American common sense & treating others by the golden rule. Sadly it’s harder to come by these days but it’s our promises to our clients & customers.
The Square Deal Policy
One
Tell it like it is- My grandfather used to say, “I’m gonna tell you like it is”. That means we simply tell the unvarnished truth be it good or bad.
Two
The Golden Rule-We treat our clients with kindness, respect and dignity at all times and request the same from others.
Three
Open communication and timely follow through- If you call David, he will call you back ASAP. When you ask a question or need help we will get it done as soon as possible. Procrastination is unacceptable.
Four
Fair dealing is our cornerstone- All REALTORS have a fiduciary duty to their clients but we take it a step further always placing your interest above our own. At Locke & Key we feel if we have your best interests at heart then we gain a client and friend for life. Going the extra mile is what sets us apart.
