This year, Realtor David Locke his wife and staff of Locke & Key Associates at Keller Williams are thrilled to welcome our friends, clients, neighbors, and community partners back to the Founders House for one of Anderson’s most anticipated holiday traditions: a black-tie evening of cocktails, food, music, sparkle, laughter, and giving back.
🔊 And for this year’s celebration, we are turning up the volume.The dress code is creative black tie with an 80s nod, and the Locke Home will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland inspired by the color, glamour, and over-the-top holiday spirit of the 1980s. Think glitter. Think neon. Think disco balls. Think bold color, big sparkle, and a Christmas atmosphere that feels both elegant and joyfully nostalgic.
This is not a costume party, but it is absolutely an invitation to have fun with fashion. Black tie is the foundation, but a little 80s drama is encouraged. Velvet, sequins, metallics, jewel tones, statement jewelry, tuxedos, cocktail gowns, big bows, satin, sparkle, and a touch of retro glamour will all be right at home on the red carpet.

A glamorous red-carpet entrance, four featured cocktails, wines, mocktails, a generous spread of food, festive music, beautiful Christmas decor, and a house filled with some of the best people in Anderson and the Upstate.
There is no cost to attend. This is our gift to our guests and our way of celebrating the season with the people who mean so much to us.
This Year’s Charity: Vets Helping Vets
While the evening will be full of sparkle, the heart of the gala is service.
🇺🇸 This year, the Locke & Key Associates Red Carpet Martini Gala will benefit Vets Helping Vets, a worthy cause supporting those who have served our country. We are asking each couple in attendance to consider making a minimum contribution of $20 per couple to support this important mission. Our goal is a minimum of $4,000 for Vets Helping Vets.
Our veterans have given so much, and this is a meaningful opportunity for our community to come together during the Christmas season and show our gratitude in a tangible way.
The Red Carpet Martini Gala has always been about more than beautiful clothes and festive cocktails. It is about gathering with purpose. It is about using a joyful evening to do something good. It is about remembering that community is built not only through celebration, but also through generosity.
Christmas at the Founders House: 1980s Edition
This year’s Christmas decorations throughout the Founders House will be inspired by the spirit, color, and optimism of the 1980s.
Expect a holiday atmosphere filled with glittering details, bright hues, sliver trees, playful glamour, and plenty of Christmas magic. The look will be festive, nostalgic, bold, and unmistakably Locke & Key. We wanted this year’s theme to feel joyful, unexpected, and full of personality. The 1980s were not shy, and neither is this Christmas celebration.
From the front entrance to the cocktail stations, from the tree to the tables, the Founders House will be dressed for a night that feels like a holiday movie, a red-carpet premiere, and a Christmas cocktail party all at once.
Food, Cocktails, and Holiday Cheer
As always, guests can expect four featured cocktails for the evening, along with a large spread of food prepared for our guests to enjoy throughout the night.
The Red Carpet Martini Gala is designed to feel elegant but welcoming. Come ready to mingle, laugh, toast the season, reconnect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a relaxed but festive evening in one of Anderson’s most charming holiday settings.

There is no cost to attend, but we do need an accurate guest count so we can plan appropriately for food, cocktails, seating, parking, and the overall flow of the evening.
A Note About Parking and Safety
With approximately 200 guests expected at the Locke home, we strongly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible or use a ride-share service.This helps with parking, traffic flow, and, most importantly, the safety of everyone attending. We want every guest to enjoy the evening fully and get home safely.
