My wife and I spent weeks coming up with a signature cocktail for our guests. This is our version of a Gin Ricky with Bombay Sapphire Gin, St. Germain, Lime, Sprite and optional mint. This is a cocktail that will kick your fanny so take care, but ladies and gentlemen alike will enjoy. Why Fox Leap? Well, our kids selected the fox for our family logo so we felt it needed to be cohesive. That is what happens when you have branded companies for over 20 years, everything becomes a brand and theme. Ingredients

4-6 Ice Cubes

2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin (Chilled)

1 oz Saint Germain, Elderflower Liquor

1/2 of a Lime

Sprite or Lemon/Lime Soda (Chilled)

Mint (optional)
Yield: 1 cocktail serving
Method

In a high-ball glass place 4-6 medium sized cubes of ice. At this point you may also muddle one sprig of mint (optional).

Juice half a lime into the glass. Pour in Gin and St. Germain.

Top with Sprite and lightly stir.

Garnish with mint or lime wedge if desired.
