Heat! What heat? After a sip or two you will forget you are perspiring heavier than a slut in church! Even if you are not a cucumber fan, and I’m not, my wife Robin came up with this martini that is totally as southern and girly as she. She served it to me in an antique coupe but you can use anything. This is a great pool drink or entertaining drink for when you are in the Southern heat and humidity that truly is hotter than the seventh circle of Hades! ...or anywhere it's a tad warm.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2 oz Saint Germaine
- 1 oz Trader Joe’s Watermelon Cucumber Cooler or Similar Juice
- Garnish with a slice of Cucumber
Method
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker. Agitate for 30 seconds and serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
